Chris Tunstall, of Hamilton, Ohio, has been charged with not confining a vicious dog, which is a misdemeanor carrying a possible sentence of 6 months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. The dog was his pit bull named Monster. The victim was his daughter, who suffered injuries Monday morning to her head, face, legs and arms and was flown to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
