Please note before writing
- Mr. Phillips represents only the families of people killed by dogs and victims of dog attacks who were bitten in the face, significantly scarred elsewhere on the body, or disabled. He advises lawyers, prosecutors and lawmakers about specific cases and dog bite issues. Media inquiries are responded to immediately. Questions from dog owners, trainers, shelters and others also are welcomed.
- Help yourself by double checking your email address before sending it to us. Mr. Phillips' reply will not reach you unless your email address is correct. If you do not receive an automated confirmation in a few minutes, resend your message directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to include the city and state where the accident happened.
- Writing to Mr. Phillips does not create an attorney-client relationship. To become a client, send him an email message here and then sign the Attorney Retainer Agreement if and when he sends it to you. If you do not have one signed by him, then you are not his client.
- When Mr. Phillips writes back to you, he may ask for details necessary to answer your question. They will not be published or communicated to anyone else or used against you in any way. After all the information given here about Mr. Phillips and his law practice, if you do not want to provide sufficient details to enable him to help you, then we request that you do not write to him in the first place. He is pleased to devote a significant part of his work day to helping those who want to be helped, not those who lack the diligence or confidence to engage in the process.
