Mr. Phillips represents dog bite victims and their families at no charge unless money comes in on your case. Call (855) 482-0984 or or message him with this form. He will get back to you right away. Your information and email address will be confidential.

Lawyers who need help with their dog bite cases

Attorneys who need templates for pleading or discovery, such as interrogatories and depositions questions, can download them from the Dog Bite Law Store.

Mr. Phillips also can get on the phone with you, review your case, or help you with any part of it. For example, he can provide a winning case plan, a discovery plan, strategies to beat defenses, analysis of the legal issues, guidance as to expert witnesses, an estimate of the likelihood of success, a settlement strategy, and an evaluation of case value. Mr. Phillips will spend up to one hour on your matter, talking to you and/or reviewing documents. The cost is $1,000.00. Payment is by PayPal or, if you can wait until your check clears, by check.

To set up the consultation, contact Mr. Phillips by using the form at the top of this page. You then will receive a PayPal request for payment. After paying, you can immediately schedule the consultation.

People who need advice, not representation

You can send Mr. Phillips evidence via our dropbox for his review, or simply discuss your case with him. Not everyone can use this service, however. You have to fit one of these categories:

  • Someone wanting advice about a dog bite incident or matter within California. It doesn't matter whether you are represented by an attorney.
  • Someone wanting advice about a dog bite incident or matter outside California, who is represented by an attorney. Your lawyer must be on the phone with you when you talk to Mr. Phillips.

Mr. Phillips will spend up to one hour on your matter, talking to you and/or reviewing documents. The cost is $1,000.00. Payment is by PayPal or, if you can wait until your check clears, by check.

The consultation is only by telephone, not in person. After the consultation, neither you nor Mr. Phillips will be under any obligation to do any more, pay any more, or go further with your matter; to put it another way, Mr. Phillips is agreeing to advise you for up to one hour but not represent you beyond that one hour.

To set up the consultation, contact Mr. Phillips using the form at the top of this page. You then will receive a PayPal request for payment. After making your payment, you will receive instructions to immediately schedule the phone consultation.
